Gorgeous home, Remodeled in historic litchfield park, wigwam neighborhood. 3 king bedrooms and 4th bedroom with 2 queens, huge bathroom with double sinks and large shower, oversized walk in closet. Each bedroom has its own tv . 4 total bedrooms plus a lounge/additional tv & game area. Fully remodeled with huge gourmet kitchen, massive backyard with pool, firepits in front and back. Multiple outdoor spaces for you to enjoy.

Huge property in Old Litchfield Park close to Wigwam Resort. Amazing Pool!! Oversized gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, gas stove 3 king bedrooms with TV's in each room. 1 additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, big screen tv and en suite bath. 3.5 bathrooms total. All rooms have access doors to pool. Lounge room featuring additional tv area, high top game table and French doors leading to front patio Large covered patio with sofa lounger, firepit and dining table Outdoor grill Huge pool with 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas $75 per day charge to heat the pool to max of 85 degrees during winter Cornhole, ping pong and 4 beach cruisers (damage deposit and separate waiver must be signed) Oversized laundry room Culdesac lot Longer stays (28+days) please contact before booking. Different rules apply as well as different security deposit, agreement and cleaning requirements.
Other Details to Note
Guests will have to sign a separate rental agreement for longer stays that will be sent after booking inquiry is accepted. Separate security deposit will be collected and held, refundable. If you would like to use bikes, waiver must be signed and we collect $500 refundable deposit.
